What is DIG-B?
When it comes to development projects, traditional media outlets generally tell you about three things:
This isn’t art -- I don’t claim to be an expert photographer and I don’t edit my photos. This is simply timestamping Indianapolis placemaking.

What a difference a couple years make. I would inagine you'd see the sleek new glass facade on OIS. You'd probably see 3 Mass Ave going up. AND you might be able to see the 429 on the Park building too! :)
I think that this photo is one of the best one!Indianapolis is one of the best cities in United States, I have some family there!
