So many memories in 1997 😔😔 my very first apt. 145 west 26st apt c204. During the time I stayed there, a murder in the elevator of the "A" building drove me out. Mysterious elevator doors opening up on its on. Pictures flying off the walls, and mysterious writing on the elevator walls could be found all over the building. Mysterious dark figures walking around at night in the courtyard of the "c" building. Gates opening on its on, And alot of other spooky things. It looks like at least 4 different architectural styles were slopped together into an oddly shaped building.

I truly have no opinion on what should be done, as I don't have all the facts, but Ivy Tech should make to use the money the most efficient way possible. Especially if Mitch gives everyone 2 free years of school.
